# Advanced

> Advanced settings in Airtool 2.

Use Advanced settings to enable automatic frame slicing, adjust channel dwell time, and more. To change these settings, click on the *Airtool 2* menu bar extra and choose *Settings*, then click Advanced.

| Option                  | Description                                                                                                                                                                   |
| ----------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Data frames             | Choose whether to save data frame payloads (Layers 3-7). See [Use automatic frame slicing](/airtool2/use-automatic-frame-slicing).                                            |
| Channel dwell time (ms) | Enter the number of milliseconds that *Airtool 2* will listen on each channel when hopping between multiple channels.                                                         |
| 5 GHz channel bands     | Choose which 5 GHz channels *Airtool 2* will capture on when doing a capture on all channels.                                                                                 |
| 6 GHz channel bands     | Choose which 6 GHz channels *Airtool 2* will capture on when doing a capture on all channels, including whether to limit capturing to Preferred Scanning Channels (PSC) only. |
