# About WiFi Signal

> What WiFi Signal is and what it can do for you.

*WiFi Signal* is a system menu bar application that provides easy access to your Wi-Fi connection details and monitors the signal quality of your wireless network.

## Key features

* Simple, straightforward user interface
* Fully customizable, multi-line status icon display options
* Annotations to quickly identify different access points
* Real-time graphs for signal strength and noise level, Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), data rate, or MCS index (if supported)
* Notifications and event logging for common events, such as when the computer joins or disconnects from a network, moves to a different access point, or when data rate or channel configuration changes are detected

## System requirements

* macOS 13.5 (Ventura) or later
* Built-in Wi-Fi adapter
